Shah is very helpful to all guests. Nicolas is always ready to greet anyone. The shuttle drivers to MACE are polite and efficient. Emy is very helpful at the Front Desk. 1st time I make a reservation thru phone call on 5th June around 2030-2100 hours. I was impressed by your staff - Siti who attended to my enquiry politely, never rush things. My impression on that time - she must be warm and pleasant person. True enough, when I checked in on 6th June around 1510 hours, I met her (Siti Kafashah) pardon me, if the name wrongly spelled. On the way to the hotel, taxi man suggested Quality Hotel, but I hesitated because I need to meet Siti. Overall, your staff are excellent, attentive. Kudos to them who has serviced me, even though this is my first trip in Shah Alam. Zillion thanks to all. U all rendered excellent services. I felt welcome and have had a safe & pleasant stay here! Please convey my heartfelt thanks to Rizuan, Alex, En Ibrahim (Limo Driver) and one Malay conceige. I can’t remember his name for his attentiveness. Looking forward to come back here on the same room

I would like to see WiFi connection available in my room as my PDS does not have a Lan connection.
Melting Pot - The quality is very good but as I use the Melting Pot a lot I know what to expect. Hence rating only met expectation.
As a member of Kilos, I also know what to expect. Kilos provides an excellent and friendly service. The Pool is great.
iv. Raku Japanese Restaurant - Although not used this time, I have used this excellent restaurant before and would recommend it.

The shuttle service going to Panasonic and other areas is good. Keep it up.
Overall, my stay in Concorde is satisfactory or maybe, above satisfactory. Most staff are kind and helpful.
Ms Khafasha was also helpful in obtaining information for us regarding F1 tickets.

Thank you so much for all that you did for my husband and myself while we were in Malasia.
Karen, I will always remember the friendly and caring way you treated us. Also, the flowers were beautiful that you brought to the hospital, and the fruit was delicious.
And to the rest of the staff, thank you for showing interest in me every time we walked into or out of the Hotel.
The Hotel service was absolutely outstanding, and I think I started putting on weight with the delicious food that gets served. I really miss those tuna sandwiches and the lovely big breakfasts.
