    A : Yes. One Deluxe room and one toilet at the lobby level are handicapped friendly
    Q : Can I bring pets to the rooms?
    A : We apologise to inform that pets are not allowed in the hotel premises. However, Guide dogs for the blind are permitted.

         by your travelling dates and number of rooms
    Q : Can I book two rooms with one reservation?
    A : You can book multiple rooms in one booking. However the rooms will be under the one name only. Please indicate
          clearly the number of adults and children during the booking process
    Q : Do I need to set up an account before I can make any reservations?
    A : Not necessarily. However, you may enjoy a preferred corporate rate if you sign up with the hotel
    Q : How do I select a room for reservation?
    A : After entering the necessary information required for the rate availability, a list of available rate types and room
         descriptions will appear for your selection. Simply choose by clicking on the desired room rate you would like to book
    Q : Can I make any special requests during the reservation process, such as non-smoking rooms or
          adjoining rooms?
    A : During the reservation process, please enter your special requests under the "Special Requests" section. This
          information will be forwarded to the hotel of your choice together with your booking. Please note that such requests
          are subject to availability
    Q : Is it necessary for me to provide my credit card details during the reservation process?
    A : Credit card guarantee is required for all reservations made online at www.concorde.net. Please note that this is just
          for guarantee and NOT for payment of room

    A : For your protection, the reservation processing is handled on a secured server that encrypts your credit card
          information
    Q : Which credit cards can be used to guarantee a reservation?
    A : All major Credit Cards i.e. American Express, Master Card, Visa, Diners & JCB (Japan Credit Bureau)
    Q : How do I change or cancel the reservation I made online?
    A : You may do so from hotel's website under 'cancel reservation' section - Click here. You need to provide the name &
          confirmation number of the booking. If you would like to amend your reservation, kindly cancel the previous booking and
          make a fresh booking to prevent duplications. If you encounter any difficulty, you may contact the hotel directly at 603-
          5512 2200
    Q : Can I check-in early? Can I check-out late?
    A : Requests for an early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. The hotel will try to attend to such requests.
          The standard check-in is 13.00 hours and check-out is 12 noon
    Q : What is the cancellation policy? Will there be a cancellation charge if I do a last minute cancellation?
    A : There will be no charges for all cancellations made 72 hours prior to check-in date. All cancellations made after this
          period will be charged a one-night cancellation fee. The same applies to no-shows.
          For convention periods, 100% cancellation charge shall be imposed for cancellation of bookings made less than 72
          hours prior to guest's arrival
